Aumbry LLC (“Aumbry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our meal planning service at getaumbry.com.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information: Your email address and authentication credentials.
• Dietary preferences: Food restrictions, dietary patterns (vegan, keto, gluten-free, etc.), and household size.
• Health conditions: Conditions you voluntarily disclose (e.g., diabetes, GLP-1 use, heart health goals) to personalize your meal plans. This information is optional.
• Meal data: Meal plans, recipes saved, calendar entries, and grocery cart activity.
• Usage data: Pages viewed, features used, and interaction patterns — to improve the product.
• Device information: Browser type, operating system, and IP address.

Your information is used exclusively to operate and improve the Aumbry service:

• To generate personalized meal plans based on your preferences and health goals.
• To connect you with grocery cart integrations (Smith's / Kroger).
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset, billing receipts) via our email service provider.
• To improve Aumbry's AI models and meal planning algorithms.
• To communicate product updates and new features.

We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever. Your dietary preferences and health conditions are used only to personalize your experience within Aumbry.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database platform hosted on Amazon Web Services. Supabase applies industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. You can learn more at supabase.com/security.

All payment information is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Aumbry does not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details. Stripe's privacy practices are available at stripe.com/privacy.

Transactional and marketing emails are sent via Resend, our email service provider. Resend processes your email address to deliver messages on our behalf. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Supabase (storage), Stripe (billing), and Resend (email) as described above — each bound by data processing agreements.
• Grocery integrations: Ingredient lists are shared with Smith's / Kroger only when you initiate a cart push. We do not share your health data with grocery providers.
• Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Aumbry or its users.

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Update inaccurate information from your account settings.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data. Email hello@getaumbry.com with the subject “Delete My Account” and we will process your request within 30 days.
• Portability: Request an export of your meal plan and recipe data.

Aumbry uses cookies and local storage to maintain your session and remember your preferences. We may use third-party analytics tools to understand usage patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.

Aumbry is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at hello@getaumbry.com.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email if changes are material. Continued use of Aumbry after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
