Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aumbry, a meal planning service operated by Aumbry LLC (“Aumbry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using Aumbry, you agree to these Terms.

Aumbry offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly: $7.99/month, billed monthly after the free trial period.
• Annual: $69/year (approximately $5.75/month), billed once per year after the free trial period.

Free Trial. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. You may use Aumbry with full access during the trial period at no charge.

Auto-Renewal Disclosure. After your 14-day free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate ($7.99/month or $69/year) unless you cancel before the trial period expires. By providing payment information, you authorize Aumbry to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You will receive a reminder email before your trial ends.

Price Changes. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to Aumbry until that date.

No refunds on partial months or partial years. If you cancel mid-period, your access continues until the period ends, but no prorated refund is issued.

Aumbry's physician-designed meal plans are developed using general nutritional guidelines appropriate for common health conditions. They are intended for general informational and meal planning purposes only.

These plans do not constitute medical advice and are not a replacement for individualized care from a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare provider. Individual health needs vary significantly based on your specific diagnosis, lab values, medications, and other factors.

Always consult your physician or registered dietitian before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a diagnosed medical condition such as diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, or if you are on a GLP-1 medication or other prescription therapy.

Aumbry LLC is not responsible for adverse health outcomes resulting from the use of meal plans generated through our service.

By using Aumbry, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful, personal meal planning purposes.
• Provide accurate information during account creation and onboarding.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy Aumbry's recipe database or AI models.
• Not share account credentials with others outside your household.
• Not use Aumbry for commercial purposes without written permission from Aumbry LLC.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Aumbry's meal planning algorithms, AI models, recipe content, and user interface are owned by Aumbry LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Aumbry's content without express written permission.

Recipes from third-party publications are used under license or in accordance with fair use. Individual recipe credits are attributed within the app.

Please include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing material, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good faith belief, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

Your use of Aumbry is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aumbry LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or interruption of service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Aumbry shall not exceed the amount you paid to Aumbry in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Aumbry is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific health or dietary goals.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah County, Utah.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify you by email if changes are material. Your continued use of Aumbry after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
